Zendesk, Aduro's customer service platform provider, is currently experiencing service interruptions due to ongoing Amazon Web Services (AWS) outages.
This may delay or prevent your phone, email, or chat inquiry from reaching us, and may similarly affect our reply to you.

Note that while we have not received any reports of the Aduro web platform and Aduro Mobile App being affected by these outages, it is a possibility.
