How to check your well-being program requirements, points, and status on the web or the Aduro Mobile App.
Web platform

Log in to your account and check the program display in the upper right of the home page.
You’ll see the level or milestone you're currently working on (depending on your program configuration), as well as the number of points you've earned so far toward that level/milestone, and the number of points required to complete that level/milestone.
For more information, click the View My Program link in the program display, or the My Program link in the top menu bar.

On the next page, click the My Progress tab to see the level you’re currently working on, including more detailed point information, requirements (including the number of points you earn for completing them) and the reward for that level.
Completed requirements will be checked off. Click any requirement for details.

Scroll down to find your current milestone information, if applicable to your program, and click the < and > icons to view past, current and future milestones.

Scroll further down for links to any incomplete requirements, and other suggested Activities in your program.

Scroll to the top of your current page. Click the Points & Rewards tab, and scroll down to see a dated list of all the points you’ve earned so far. Click the links on the left to see your Potential Rewards (not yet earned) and Earned Rewards.

Scroll to the top of your current page. Click the Program Overview tab to see a general description of your program.

Scroll further down the page to explore the exciting possibilities your program offers!
Aduro Mobile App

Log in to the Aduro Mobile App and check the program display in the upper right of the home page.
You’ll see the level or milestone you're currently working on (depending on your program configuration), as well as the number of points you've earned so far toward that level/milestone, and the number of points required to complete that level/milestone.

On the Program Status page, you'll see the level you’re currently working on, including more detailed point information, requirements (including the number of points you earn for completing them) and the reward for that level.
Completed requirements will be checked off. Tap any incomplete requirements for more details.
Tap the View Points History button to see a dated list of all the points you’ve earned so far. Tap the X button to return to the Program Status page.

Scroll down to find your current milestone information, if applicable to your program.
Tap the < and > icons or swipe left and right to check status and points details on past, current and future milestones.
Tap the ∧ and ∨ icons to expand or collapse the descriptions for subsequent levels/milestones.
If you need assistance with your well-being program or program account, please submit a help request. Click the chat icon (speech bubble) in the lower right corner of the page to connect with a live agent, or click the Submit a Request link at the top of the page, and we'll respond as soon as possible.
When using chat, be sure to close your browser window or tab to clear your chat once the discussion is completed. This will help protect your privacy, especially is you're on a shared computer.
When submitting a help request, please include the following information as applicable:
- Your name
- Email address associated with your well-being program account
- Your phone number and time zone (we'll need to speak to you personally for account, personal information, or protected health information issues)
- Your well-being program provider/employer
- Device you’re using and the operating system
- Web browser you’re using and the version number, OR Aduro Mobile App version number (when logged in, tap the menu icon in the upper right)
- Step-by-step description of the issue, including the names of any Activities, Paths, etc. involved
- Screenshots or video that illustrate the issue, if possible
