You can register for your well-being program either via your program's website or the Aduro Mobile App.
- The same account is used for both your well-being program website and the Aduro Mobile App. No matter how you register, use the same email address and password to log in to either the website or the app.
- Spouse eligibility will vary by program. Spouses must register using the employee ID (or the last four digits of the social security number, if cited specifically on the registration form) of the primary benefits holder.
Program website
New hires and/or newly eligible employees may receive an invitation email with a link to your program's registration page.
Otherwise go to your program website and click on the Sign Up link at the bottom of the login page. You will then be asked to provide specific information so we can locate your account in our system. Once your account has been located, you will be asked to create your profile, and then verify your email address. After you verify, your account will be active and you can log into your program.

Aduro Mobile App
If you'd like to use the Aduro Mobile App, you can download it from Apple’s App Store or Google’s Play Store.
Launch the mobile app and tap the Activate Account button. You will then be asked to provide specific information so we can locate your account in our system. Once your account has been located, you will be asked to create your profile, and then verify your email address. After you verify, your account will be active and you can log into your program.

If you need assistance with your well-being program or program account, please submit a help request. Click the chat icon (speech bubble) in the lower right corner of the page to connect with a live agent, or click the Submit a Request link at the top of the page, and we'll respond as soon as possible.
When using chat, be sure to close your browser window or tab to clear your chat once the discussion is completed. This will help protect your privacy, especially is you're on a shared computer.
When submitting a help request, please include the following information as applicable:
- Your name
- Email address associated with your well-being program account
- Your phone number and time zone (we'll need to speak to you personally for account, personal information, or protected health information issues)
- Your well-being program provider/employer
- Device you’re using and the operating system
- Web browser you’re using and the version number, OR Aduro Mobile App version number (when logged in, tap the menu icon in the upper right)
- Step-by-step description of the issue, including the names of any Activities, Paths, etc. involved
- Screenshots or video that illustrate the issue, if possible
