Health screening - onsite/offsite scheduler troubleshooting – Aduro Support

Issues with the onsite/offsite appointment schedulers are often due to your internet browser.

First, make sure you have the latest version of your browser and install any pending updates.

If you are using a different browser, you should be able to find steps on how to clear your cache and cookies by searching online. We do not recommend Internet Explorer, as it is no longer being updated.

Step-by-step description of the issue, including the names of any Activities, Paths, etc. involved
Screenshots or video that illustrate the issue, if possible
