Google is retiring the technology that lets apps like Aduro's connect directly to Fitbit. As a result, Aduro will no longer support a direct Fitbit connection after September 28, 2026.
Rest assured that any activity, points, and progress you've already earned in your program will not be lost.
iPhone users can continue to sync Fitbit data to the platform through various free apps. See below for connection instructions.
However, due to the changes in Fitbit's API availability, smart watch data syncing is temporarily unavailable on Android devices. We understand how important it is to have your activity data sync seamlessly with Aduro, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Our Product and Engineering teams are actively working on a solution to restore this functionality. While we don't have a confirmed timeline for when syncing will be restored, please know that our team is working to resolve the issue.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to bring this functionality back. We recognize this is frustrating and apologize for the disruption to your experience.
