Connect a blood pressure tracking app or device to your well-being program.
Aside from steps, sleep, and active minutes, blood pressure can also be tracked in your well-being program account.
If you track your blood pressure with Apple Health, Google Fit, or Fitbit, or use a device compatible with one of these services, you can link your app/device to the platform and upload your blood pressure data automatically.
This works in exactly the same way as if you were uploading your steps or other activity data to the platform.
