To explore the available Human Performance Paths and find one that interests you, follow the steps below.

Program website

1. Log in to your well-being program website.
2. Click the Discover link in the upper right.
3. On the Discover page, scroll down to the Paths section and click the View All link to the right.
4. On the Paths main page, the Paths are listed by category, such as Health & Fitness, and so on. 
5. Click the < and > icons to scroll through the available choices for each category or click the appropriate View All link to see all of the selections for that category. 
6. Click any Path tile to see a detailed description of that Path.
7. Scroll down past the description and click on the Enroll button to join that Path.

Aduro Mobile App

1. Log in to the Aduro Mobile App.
2. Scroll down the home page. Tap the Discover icon on the bottom menu bar OR locate the You May Also Like section and tap the View all button.
3. A page labeled Content Types may appear the first time you access the Discover screen. You can swipe left and right to see descriptions of the different types of content. Use your device’s Back control to dismiss this page.
4. On the Discover page, scroll down to the Paths section and tap the View All link on the right.  
5. On the Paths main page, the Paths are listed by category, such as Health & Fitness, and so on. 
6. Swipe to scroll through the available choices for each category or tap the appropriate View All link to see all of the selections for that category. 
7. Tap any Path tile for a detailed description of that Path.
8. Tap the X button or use your device’s Back control to exit the Path tile and return to the previous screen, or scroll down past the description and tap on the Enroll button to join that Path.

• Your phone number and time zone (we'll need to speak to you personally for account, personal information, or protected health information issues)
• Your well-being program provider/employer
• Device you’re using and the operating system
• Web browser you’re using and the version number, OR Aduro Mobile App version number (when logged in, tap the menu icon in the upper right)
• Step-by-step description of the issue, including the names of any Activities, Paths, etc. involved
• Screenshots or video that illustrate the issue, if possible
