Completing or tracking an Activity takes just a few easy clicks or taps.
- First log in to your well-being program website or the Aduro Mobile App.
- Check the "My Activities" section on your home page for an Activity you've already joined, or if you're searching for something new, click here for instructions.
-
There are several Activity types, including those that are completed just once, and those that are tracked one or more times per week, as shown below. Activities that feature numerical goals (including but not limited to exercise Activities, such as steps or active minutes) may have a weekly target, or an overall target for the duration of the Activity.
- Once you locate the Activity you wish to track, click or tap the tile to open it. On the main page, you may find links to videos and other online resources displayed below the title banner.
- Click or tap the Info icon off to the right (if available) to access additional information, which may include links to applicable resources, disclosures and disclaimers. Click or tap the X icon to return to the main page.
- If you haven't already, scroll down and click or tap the Enroll or Join button to start tracking the Activity.
-
For an Activity that is tracked just once, such as visiting your eye doctor, simply scroll down and click or tap the Mark Complete button.
-
For an Activity that is tracked one or more times per week, such as prioritizing simple, real foods on a given day, scroll down, select the day you wish to track, and click or tap the Mark Complete button.
- Click or tap the < and > icons below the progress bar to scroll between weeks, and you can track up to two weeks in the past. Your points history for this Activity is displayed on the right.
-
For an Activity that features a numerical goal or goals, such as walking a certain number of total steps per week, scroll down, select the day you wish to track, and click or tap the Edit button.
-
Enter the number you wish in the text entry box, then click or tap the Save button.
- Many exercise Activities can be linked to an activity tracker, and your progress will be uploaded to the Activity automatically. However, any numerical entry can be edited manually as shown above. For more information on using an activity tracker with your program, see these articles.
