If you're interested in 1:1 coaching by phone, follow the steps below to schedule your first call, either on your well-being program website or the Aduro Mobile App. Coaching availability varies by program.
Note to Connect Care program participants:
- Your assigned Connect Care coach can assist with any questions or goals you may have, even those not directly related to Connect Care.
- Do not use the scheduling methods below. Instead, please use the Chat link on the bottom menu bar of the Aduro Mobile App to inquire with your assigned coach, or click here for more detailed instructions on scheduling a 1:1 session with them.
If you think you could benefit from professional mental health support, please reach out to a licensed mental health clinician and/or check with your HR/benefits department to confidentially inquire about whether you have an Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

- Log in to your well-being program account.
- On the program home page, click the Coaching link in the upper right. In the pop-up that opens, click the Get Started button.
- On the next screen, you'll see one or more featured coaches. Click a coach's photo to see their profile. When you find a coach you like, click their Schedule button.
- In the pop-up that opens, click the Select Date button to open the calendar. Click the < and > buttons to change the month. Click a date that works for you.
- Once you've selected a date, the available time slots will appear. Click a time slot that works for you. If none of the available slots is convenient, select a different day.
- Once you've selected a time slot, enter the phone number you'd like the coach to call, including area code.
- Click the Schedule Session button to confirm your appointment.
- Click the Go To Coaching Page button to return to the main scheduling screen.

Once you've scheduled with a given coach, return to this screen for any of the following:
- Cancel or reschedule an existing appointment.
- Schedule your next appointment with your existing coach, if you haven't already.
- See your most recent past appointment.
- If you wish to change coaches for whatever reason, please contact your current coach or email us at coaching@aduro.com.
Aduro Mobile App
- Log in to the Aduro Mobile App.
- Tap the Coaching link on the bottom menu bar.
- Note that the Coaching link does not display for Connect Care program participants.
- For Connect Care participants, please use the Chat link on the bottom menu bar of the Aduro Mobile App, or click here for instructions on scheduling a 1:1 session with your assigned coach.
- On the next screen, you'll see one or more featured coaches. Tap a coach's photo to see their full profile. When you find a coach you like, tap their Schedule button.
- In the pop-up that opens, tap the Select Date button to open the calendar. Tap the < and > buttons to change the month. Click a date that works for you.
- Once you've selected a date, the available time slots will appear. Tap a time slot that works for you. If none of the available slots is convenient, select a different day.
- Once you've selected a time slot, enter the phone number you'd like the coach to call, including area code.
- Tap the Confirm button in the upper right to confirm your appointment.
- Tap the Done button in the upper right to return to the main scheduling screen.

If you need assistance with your well-being program or program account, please submit a help request. Click the chat icon (speech bubble) in the lower right corner of the page to connect with a live agent, or click the Submit a Request link at the top of the page, and we'll respond as soon as possible.
When using chat, be sure to close your browser window or tab to clear your chat once the discussion is completed. This will help protect your privacy, especially is you're on a shared computer.
When submitting a help request, please include the following information as applicable:
- Your name
- Email address associated with your well-being program account
- Your phone number and time zone (we'll need to speak to you personally for account, personal information, or protected health information issues)
- Your well-being program provider/employer
- Device you’re using and the operating system
- Web browser you’re using and the version number, OR Aduro Mobile App version number (when logged in, tap the menu icon in the upper right)
- Step-by-step description of the issue, including the names of any Activities, Paths, etc. involved
- Screenshots or video that illustrate the issue, if possible
