Our smart food tracker can help you meet your nutritional and overall metabolic health goals with personalized insights, using either photos or text descriptions of your meals.
To see if you're eligible, log in to your well-being program or the Aduro Mobile App, click or tap the food tracker Activity tile (name might vary by program), and fill out the entrance survey (link at the top of the description).
If you're eligible, you'll receive instructions and links to the Aduro Mobile App (available for Android and iPhone), which is required for access and operation.
Please note the following:
- Access to the food tracker may be limited to support member safety and align with evidence-based guidelines.
- The entrance survey notes that you should not use the food tracker if any of the following apply to you:
- Have a diagnosed eating disorder
- Follow a medically prescribed diet for a specific health condition, e.g., kidney disease or cancer treatment (if you are not sure, check with your doctor first)
- Currently pregnant
- Whether or not you're eligible for the smart food tracker, you'll earn points for simply filling out the entrance survey. Open the Activity tile, scroll down, and then click or tap the Join or Enroll button at the bottom of the description to claim your points.
