Aduro® Connect Care provides personalized strategies, tools and impactful support to help manage and potentially reverse certain chronic health conditions, and is available to select well-being programs and members. Check your well-being program for availability.
Follow the steps below to get started with the Connect Care program via the Aduro Mobile App or your well-being program website.
- Connect Care eligibility may be limited according to information provided during onboarding, to support member safety and align with evidence-based guidelines. For details on Connect Care eligibility criteria, click here.
- Connect Care registration and related Human Performance coaching content are available through your well-being program website, but the Aduro Mobile App is the primary way to engage in the program. Features such as dedicated Connect Care coach chat, scheduling a Connect Care 1:1 coaching session, and blood glucose tracking are available through the app.
- Program participants may be eligible to receive a Dexcom continuous glucose monitor (CGM) for a select period. For details on CGM eligibility, click here.
- Our smart food tracker can help you meet your nutritional and overall metabolic health goals with personalized insights, using either photos or text descriptions of your meals. For details on smart food tracker eligibility and access, click here.
- Note to Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH) Be Well program participants: Be Well With Diabetes is a separate program offered through your program provider/employer.
Aduro Mobile App instructions
- Please visit Apple’s App Store or Google’s Play Store to download and install the Aduro Mobile App.
- Activate your Aduro account if you haven't already (click here for instructions). Log in to the app (note that the same credentials are used for the Aduro Mobile App and web platform).

Tap the Connect Care tile, and then scroll down and tap the Enroll button at the bottom of the description, OR tap the Connect Care icon on the bottom menu bar (see screenshot below), if displayed.
- Fill out the onboarding questions and consent verification. Connect Care eligibility may be limited according to information provided during onboarding, to support member safety and align with evidence-based guidelines.
- Upon enrollment, tap the Learning tab to find all the coaching Paths included in the program.
- Tap the Blood Glucose tab. The first time you access this tab, you will be prompted to set your blood glucose target. If you have a recommended range agreed upon with your health care provider, please set it here. For more information, click here.
- Tap the My Coach tab to access coach chat, or schedule a Connect Care for Diabetes 1:1 coaching session by phone or Zoom. For more information, click here and click here.
Well-being program website instructions
- Activate your Aduro account if you haven't already (click here for instructions). Log in to the web platform (note that the same credentials are used for the Aduro Mobile App and web platform).
- Click the Connect Care tile, and then scroll down and click the Enroll button at the bottom of the description page.
- Fill out the onboarding questions and consent verification. Connect Care eligibility may be limited according to information provided during onboarding, to support member safety and align with evidence-based guidelines.
- Upon enrollment, log in to the Aduro Mobile App and tap the Connect Care icon on the bottom menu bar to access the key features of the program.
- Once in the Connect Care section of the app, tap the Learning tab to find all the coaching Paths included in the program.

If you need assistance with your well-being program or program account, please submit a help request. Click the chat icon (speech bubble) in the lower right corner of the page to connect with a live agent, or click the Submit a Request link at the top of the page, and we'll respond as soon as possible.
When using chat, be sure to close your browser window or tab to clear your chat once the discussion is completed. This will help protect your privacy, especially is you're on a shared computer.
When submitting a help request, please include the following information as applicable:
- Your name
- Email address associated with your well-being program account
- Your phone number and time zone (we'll need to speak to you personally for account, personal information, or protected health information issues)
- Your well-being program provider/employer
- Device you’re using and the operating system
- Web browser you’re using and the version number, OR Aduro Mobile App version number (when logged in, tap the menu icon in the upper right)
- Step-by-step description of the issue, including the names of any Activities, Paths, etc. involved
- Screenshots or video that illustrate the issue, if possible
